The whole idea was conceived when our brother and director, Ernest Ayensu assisted a woman who was severely ill to secure the national health insurance card. The woman was able to access medical treatment after securing the NHIS card and got well. This instigated our brother and other like-minded people to extend the NHIS registration to the entire Ahwiren village and its environ. The first project that marked the inauguration of PSF was undertaken in Ahwiren, Esiase and its environ. During this project, the organization did NHIS registrations and renewals for a total of 120 individuals. The organization has since then been extending this and other services to many people across the
