On the 6th of September, 2025, five(5) representatives from PSF, namely: Ernest Ayensu , David Okomeng Nkansah, Razak Hamidu, Godfred Baah and Janet Impraim visited Village of Hope orphanage. We took off around 7:00am, from Katamanso to the village of Hope, and we returned around 7:20pm.
It was an exciting journey, and the children and families of the village of Hope were more than happy to receive us. They gave us warm reception and told us the history of the village of Hope.
Activities
Presentation of items was made by David Okomeng Nkansah. The children, together with the families, sung beautiful songs and offered prayers for PSF members. Ernest Ayensu advised the children and encouraged the families to keep up the good work they are doing.

An amount of Ghs 8049.46 was spent on the project.
CHALLENGES:
The car used was relatively smaller for the items we sent , so emissaries had to keep some of the items on them throughout the journey.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
From our discussion with the leaders of the village of Hope, it came out that a baby uses five days to finish consuming one full container of Aptamil. We recommend that our next visit, we kindly buy more aptamil 1 and aptamil 2 for our babies.
We are also to get a bigger car on our next trip.
CONCLUSION:
This visitation was an interesting experience. We all had fun with the children and the families.
We thank all members of PSF for making this visitation successful through your penny and prayers. As the saying goes; “we make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give. ” (Winston Churchill). God richly bless as all for remembering these children. Thank you.
